Cancer worries lump behind knee

ive always had health anxiety however this is unrelated as i know im not imagining this as the signs are physically there to touch. last week i was in the bath and when getting washed, felt a lump behind my knee/thigh which wasnt there a few weeks ago. the lump isnt huge its about the size of a grape but my main concerns with it is that it feels rock solid and is completely painless. its located just above the back of my left knee on the inner side. has anyone ever had any similar experiences and what was the outcome? my doctor just dismissed my fears saying its 'probably a cyst' which just doesnt sit right with me as it doesnt have the characteristics of a cyst. im completely beside myself with worry i cant sleep or anything, im only 23 years old and have 2 small children
