Cancerous tumor in Mouth??

hi community, my throat started to feel a little funny so I took a picture and noticed some weird lumps and white patches by my tonsils and wanted to know if its anything seriousimage

    1. See your GP or PCP in the first instance;
    2. If you're unhappy with (1) above, see an ENT (also known as Otolaryngologist)
