Candidiasis?

hello everybody. months ago i went to the doctor for a check up because i was sexually active and i knew something was going on on my penis because started to itchy. he said that it is candidiasis and he prescribed me a cream. it works but once i stop using it for 2 days, candidiasis comes back and really im tired of this feeling, redness and pealing appearance. anybody of you suffered the same, but it cured at all?thank you so much in advance image
