Candidiasis making sex difficult

I had the annual check with the gyno a few weeks ago and turned out I had Candida

The doctor said I should go to him when symptoms develop since I didnt have bad reactions then

But lately after sex it has became unbearable

Itching and irritation and sometimes a little bleeding

And I saw some bumps also, it is pretty weird down there I am worried I will admit

I have an appointment with the doctor in two weeks but what can I do to improve it until then?

Here is a picture of a particularly bad day (btw those bumps are Vaginal Papillomatosis supposedly but if you think otherwise let me know!)

    if the doctor said u have candida he should have treated it u need antifunal cream for the itching on the outside and a pessary for the inside the bumps are vestibular papilomatosis they become itchy and irritated from vaginal infections such as thrush /yeast or bv
