i am 55 years old, quite healthy. I had TURP 4weeks ago, but I cannot control my urination during the day at all. I can control a little bit during the evening. It does not hurt.
I have not noticed any significant progress. Is it normal? What could be the issue?

I hope your situation has improved since the last time you posted. I had Greenlight Laser Therapy for BPH in early Dec 2022. After 7 weeks, I'm having the same incontinence issue. However, I understand that my sphincter is weak because my prostate was doing all the work in holding in urine. So I'm doing Kegel exercises and working with a therapist. I have hope things will settle down. Best of luck to you.
