My cousin has the same problems. You should see a doctor and he will help you out. You are perfectly normal.

In this case try what  josh72109 told you. That might work. I hope you will get well soon.

I've had the exact same issues for the past 4 years. I seen many doctors who didn't have a clue what was wrong. The brain fog and mental fatigue completely ruined my life.

For me the problem turned out to be a combination of things. The biggest problem was chiropractic. My atlas was rotated causing cerebral spinal fluid to flow incorrectly. I was also b12 deficient. Another contributing factor was plaque building up in my blood vessels.

Hope this helps you get to the root off your problem

I went to a nurse nationalised, chiropractor and functional neurologist. They were all very helpful.

If you go to a regular md they will say there's nothing wrong with you or try to put you on unnecessary drugs(because they think your making the whole thing up.)

Ditch the pastries for breakfast. Make your breakfast a smoothie, several fruits will replace the harmful sugar you’ve been used too. Include spinach and Kale in your smoothie, if you have a few fruits in your smoothie, you won’t taste the spinach and kale, if your not keen on it. Introduce spices, ie organic spice powders like clove, fennel, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, etc. Add spices to the smoothie, some flax seed and chia milled and always try to get organic. You will feel fantastic, some spices have 10 times the antioxidant properties of fruit. Opt for stir fry’s, use coconut oil to fry with. You can add nuts to your stir fry, and plenty of veg, quinoa rice etc. Drink bitters ie dandelion herbs, fennel etc. I know it’s easier said than done, but you will feel fantastic if you can stick to these foods. If you can, don’t eat meat, it’s highly acidic. It takes between 7 and 8 hours to digest meat. Too much work for the digestion. Try to go vegan if you can. You will get your essential fatty acids from your chia and flax seeds, and also Iron, you will get your B12 from nutritional yeast. 👍😁

You could have food sensitivity. That is a common cause of brain fog.
