Lost my mum in oct, many awful family problems, money and health problems and now the end of a relationship. Life is just too hard .

    Hey gill. Lost my stepdad to advanced cancer in aug. I feel for u sorry for ur loss. Im goin thru so much too but am seeing a good dr. First tym ever. I know ill get there. The grief alone was a catalyst that started my reactive episide of dep n anxiety. Coming on this forums the best thing i ever did...hope u can see a grief counsellor maybe talk to someone outside of the family & of course on here.. and i cant imagine all the other probs @ the same tym. Its like a pressure cooker. Seek help gill asap. ?

    I'm so sorry to hear you are having such a bad time, sometimes in life you have to be strong and do all you can to get through I'm hear if you would like someone to talk to . X
