Cant cope with another increase - side effects of Fluoxetine

Hi

I'm suffering so much at the moment. I was taking 40 mg Fluoxetine for approx 11 wks......felt a bit better, but still tired.

Increased Fluoxetine to 60 mg per day, 3 days ago.

Its hell, I'm so depressed and far more tired than I was. I suffer with M.E and allergies which as you know causes fatigue.

I just cant cope, I don't know what to do. Been in bed most days, so exhausted, I have no desire what so ever to do absolutely anything.....I have suicidal thoughts (which I know can be a side effect at the beginning?), I am back to square one. I'm in a real mess.

can anybody please help?

    i would try going bk to 40 mg and just give it time ,and more time ,it will work ,,all da best
