hi a bit of a weird question. I normally take my sertraline at 6pm.. and I really really cant remember if I took it tonight 😦. has anyone else done this? and what did you do if so?

I would suggest waiting until your next dose as a day shouldn't make too much difference or take half of one now. probably waiting till tomorrow is your best bet as you don't wanna double dose x

i do it all the time, the best thing for you to do is to set a reminder on your phone every day for 6PM so you wont forget.
