Does anyone know how long carpal tunnel surgery takes?

    Depends but the operation is usually 15-20mins

      That includes the local anaesthetic being administered and taking effect

    For me it was followed by written information on papers and showing in practice of some exercises to do after the surgery as soon as the local anaesthetic went away; shoulder movements, rising arms etc.
