Carpnal tunnel syndrome worse at night!

Hi,

Im looking advice please. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for 1.5yrs now. My symptoms are pins & needles in both hands 2/3 times at night. I bought hand splints, which help & only get pins & needles once at night. I had a private nerve conduction test, which came back normal. I was told I have mild carpal tunnel syndrome & may need an op in the future. I'm worried in cause I get nerve damage.

Advice is greatly appreciated.
