Cast pain and incision bleeding help

just got my cast on 11/17. I'm having lots of pressure and pain where my big toe meets foot. It feels like cast is pressing on it to much. Also every time I elevated foot the pads of my feet press against cast causing to much discomfort I can't stay still and sleep. I accidentally stepped on my cast hard to catch myself and now feels like my incision is bleeding. with all this going on should I call Dr office to see if can get cast replaced especially if it feels like in bleeding inside. I'm not sure what to do this is my first cast ever.

    If your cast is causing this much discomfort, it should be replaced. They may need to put more padding on the toe area. The pressure you are feeling is likely to be the result of swelling, so elevate your foot as much as you can, but it is unlikely that you are bleeding. The cast is put in once you have healed enough to prevent a problem with bleeding.
