Cataracts early symptoms

Hi l am 48 and just diagnosed with early stage cataracts. l have'nt really noticed any symptoms apart from glare, but when l am outdoors and look down on the ground it sometimes looks like l am looking through a very slight mist or slight fog , but l only notice it when looking down on the ground not looking straight up in the distance and only outdoors not indoors . l was wondering if anyone else had that in their early stages

"Posterior Polar (opacity in the region later), which seems to be your type."

Is that type more difficult or risky to operate on? all l now is they said l have the fast growing type postier subcapsualr cataract, l hope thats not more difficult or dangerous for surgery. l think im still fairly early stage, my vision seems totally normal indoors but outdoors l think l can notice some level of light being blocked from entering my eyes as it seems dimmer or lower contrast on low light days and on sunny days glarey and a bit hazey
