Causes of throat symptoms?

Hello!

Background:

-Hx of GORD

  • food feels like it gets "stuck" in throat just above/behind adams apple + epiglottus area.
  • hoarseness in voice.
  • Symbicort powder inhaler taken twice daily for asthma
  • light/pinky coloured spots on back of throat (unsure it this is normal anatomy, had them for years) - image attached
  • 26 y/o male, non-smoker, occasional drinker (once a week max but binge when going to the club)
  • Frequent cough and feeling need to clear throat

    Any Thoughts?
