Good evening ladies. Has anyone tried CBD oil or any other CBD product to help with menopause anxiety? Been looking on megs menopause website which is really good & she said that it reduced her anxiety significantly.

    Hi Victoria...I have been taking cbd oil for several months. Helps appetite and sleep, as well as aches and pains. Not so much with the anxiety. I do notice a difference if I don't take it.

    I ordered the smallest bottle of the lowest strength from Megs menopause - it arrived in 2 days. i ordered the mint chocolate and I must admit it tastes vile. When you pop the drops under your tongue make sure to leave them there for 90 seconds before you swallow. 

    I am on day 4 and taking 5 drops twice a day. Not sure I have noticed anything as yet but I am told it can take 21 days. I also may not be taking enough. It is very expensive!

    I have bad vertigo which I am told is anxiety - totally sure it isn’t. I suppose if the oil reduces my anxiety then the vertigo should go. This is what I am hoping and praying for.

    Yes I have. It’s helped me soooo much. Actually completely reduced my anxiety to a level that is totally easy to deal with. I started with 15% and was advised to take 4 drops every 4-6 hours. Then I reduced to 10% also 3-4 drops every 4-6 hours. I did that for about 6 months. As my anxiety dropped so much, I now only use it with I’m stressed or start feeling anxious. Just knowing there is something that works so well has been amazing. 

    I also read the book DARE and take magnesium on a daily basis. 

    Keep drops in your mouth for as long as possible, preferably under tongue.

      A couple of days. I was advised to always have it in my system at the beginning, so to take every 4-6 hours. It’s important so that you experience a real break from the anxiety and remember how it is not to have it. Then to ease off gradually over several weeks/months. In the very beginning it made me slightly dizzy and tired but that vanished. Really good for your tummy too. Really helped my digestion too.

    Yes I take the chocolate every night and have the oil too . It knocks me out for a while at least but can make you hungry which is the only downside ... waking up in the middle of the night munching on things . 

    The relaxation it gives is so worth it .... it’s like you get a break from the stress of everything .

      I'm on testimonial group about CBD oil and boy i have read so many testimonies of those going through menopause and have gotten relieve from Hot flushes, anxiety etc.

      I am about to get mine too. I took time because i wanted to research a good quality one but affordable as it will be helping me with my fibromyalgia.

      Companies from US have good ones but most don't currently ship to UK. So i have decided to order from #organics.

      Most people on the group are using CBD oil from Hempworx in US.

      I would like to get the licence too as i have done a lot of research and would like to help a lot of people going through Chronic Pain, Stress, Depression, Seizures, autism etc.
