CBD lotion for ankle pain Fibula fracture

Has anyone used CBD lotion to rub directly onto ankle for pain? The one I'm looking at is high grade, high mg, so it is pricey. The reviews for pain are great, just wondering if anyone has used it on their fracture area.  I did use the CBD oil and I was able to cut down my pain meds, but now that I'm in the removable cast I was thinking of direct absorption to the site. Any thoughts?

I’ve used cbd under-the -tongue drops to help with pain following spinal fractures, with some success. Not sure how cbd lotion applied topically would work.  However, although I’m not a particular fan of alternative/herbal remedies, someone recommended comfrey oil.  The old-fashioned name for comfrey is ‘knit bone’.  It is rubbed on the skin over the fracture site and relieves pain and has been known to help relieve fractures.  It’s also a lot cheaper than cbd products!  From health food shops, about £3.50 for a good size bottle.  Let me know how you get on -good luck!
