has anyone tried CBD oil for anxiety?
I've read a lot about it and it almost sounds like a miracle cure.
I ordered some last night but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with using it?

Following this because I'm from New Zealand and sadly we dont get it here but I could really do with some and wonder how effective it is!!
I have heard promising results but apparently it depends on the strength...

im from new zealand and ive been prescribed cbd oil its now legal through prescription from your doctor but very expensive

How much is it to get and how hard is it to get? I believe that they dont prescribe it easily...

a doctor in auckland prescribed it the first one is $245 last a month then the next one was $545

I just began the cbd tablets last Saturday. I think I may feel a tad less anxious. i've been taking 1 a day. Can take up to 2 a day. I may bump it up in a week or so. No complaints so far.

Yeah but it can increase the strength of the meds so ask your doctor first

I don't know regarding antidepressants.
Maybe you can Google it up i.e. "side effects" "cbd oil" and check on drug interactions,too.

I have spells of debilitating anxiety and hypersensitivity with physical symptoms. It is mostly due to a build-up of stress at certain times in life.
Even in the heat of panic, CBD oil has helped me. I was initially skeptical as I am with anything touted as a 'cure all' but it has helped a lot. However, sometimes I have to lay down and let it calm my nerves or it isnt as effective. You have to find a dose that works for you. I've found that taking 15mg is more effective than 30mg. you may only need 5 or you may need 50. start out small and work your way up to what you works for YOU.
