This is the worst about pip, all the assessments, it takes so much out of you, my advice is to get as much information from your doctor as you can to back up what your telling them. Also ask your doctor to give you something to calm you down, it really can help good luck

    Hi Hun

Wow just got.my pip report only been awarded yet again standard rate even tho iv got worse and have proof of this I can cope with this but it's the insults I can't cope wit from the assessor about.my weight so I'm a 12-14 in size and have under active thyroid so on meds for this but the assessor found it OK to put I looked over weight in the report so I have filed a complaint this shouldn't be aloud what sort of nasty people do the atos have working for them

Definitely, I totally agree, they're cheeky gits, they fabricate the truth and feel they can say anything they want to you, you feel as if you're begging. I actually put a complaint in about my last assessor, because of the lies and what she didn't put down, what I had told her, I think they must be on bonuses or something, they are highly driven to abuse you.

What else can I do about this? Could I ask to be assessed again based on them lie in?

Yes, you can appeal it, i got a welfare officer at my local housing office to appeal on my behalf, I then had to go to an appeal and argue the things I thought were untrue or unfair, I did win the appeal, I also got my doctor to release all my medical records to them, to prove everything I said was true, with this kind of proof, they couldn't argue it, if you need help let me know and I'll try to help in any way I can

Do you not know where you can get in touch with a welfare officer, they would be able to do this for you, they know what to say and how to get you a decent chance of it being overturned😗

No wouldn't have a clue where to loo or even start it's not the points that bothered me it's the way the woman spoke about me in the report it was discrimination
