Celiac blood test

Hi, I had a full blood count months ago (for a different reason than tummy issues) that included "IGA". I was told by a nurse that this was the screen for celiacs, is this the case? Its just i have read about ttg iga and I couldn't see that on the blood test, is this the same thing as just iga? sorry if this is confusing but i just want to double check that nothing is being missed as I have all of the symptoms. Would someone be able to explain the blood test for celiac to me?
