Celluitis experience what is available

I need to know if there are specific tests to confirm of why i keep getting Celluitis. Im currently 31 but been having them since 2021. 2021 was worst for me as i had it 3 times but last year and last week, i went straight hospital from early signs of it from being freezing cold and then being feverish after having medication and managed to get rid of it having antibotics and ibproufen. I spoke to my go this morning and they cannot confirm of why this is happening to me but advised to moisture my legs, keep my immune system up and (not to attempt but to try) not drink and smoke. Your replies would be appreicated
