Central Vestibulopathy (Plus Multifactorial Deficit)

I recently had a VNG with the above diagnosis. This is in a patient with chronic dizziness over the past 4-1/2 years that started on an interstate trip to Washington state (with multiple elevation changes) in 2015. Complicating factors include chronic headaches, neck tension, and tinnitus (including a dull droning-type noise). I've had many knee surgeries and am chronically on cephalexin antibiotic for a knee hardware infection. I'm also bipolar for many years (had a lithium withdrawal last year after running out that heightened the ear noise). Has anyone else had a similar constellation of symptoms? The event that triggered the intractable vertigo/dizziness is the aforementioned trip.
