Cerazette and low mood/mood changes

I had the mirena coil removed at the beginning of January this year due to bad side effects and I decided to go straight back on Cerazette which previously worked really well for me. However, whether I should have or not, I've stopped taking it. I found that it was causing me to get upset over the smallest of things and just generally feel really down quite often. Has anyone else experienced this??

I was also bleeding quite heavily every other week and I have just been bleeding constantly for nearly 3 weeks so that's another reason why I've stopped. I was also experiencing quite a few of the common side effects.

So has anyone else experienced low mood/mood changes on Cerazette before? As I don't know what to do if it doesn't resolve.

I'm having a similar problem I've gone back on Cerazette couple of months ago and don't feel right, I've started over worrying, getting tearful over nothing and thinking mad thoughts ... I'm considering coming off but it stops my periods and I dont want periods again at the moment as I suffer badly with them :s I'm considering changing to Norgeston as never been on it before

I just get upset for no reason or over the tiniest things like when my boyfriend leaves for work even though we live together!! I'm glad I'm not the only one. I loved it before as I had no periods before it played up. I've tried pretty much everything I can so I'm hoping to try the implant.

Oh no that sounds like me ! And I've found its got worse over last few weeks sad I've heard of it happening before with Cerazette. I've decided to try Norgeston (another prgesterone only pill) as I've never been on it. Failing that I'm not sure what to do
