Certain sound caused me to lose balance...

I was at my parents' house tonight and they played a YouTube video. I was sitting at a table with my elbows on it. The speakers were too close to the webcam (which has a mic) and feedback would occur every so often.

At one point the feedback got pretty loud and all of a sudden it felt like the table was dropping out from under me. I kept grabbing the table and my mother got freaked out. I thought I was having a seizure or some kind of stroke. I got extremely dizzy. This lasted maybe about ten seconds initially.

My dad told me to get up and walk it off and when I did I had to walk slowly because I felt as if i was extremely drunk (I hadn't had a drink at all). After about two minutes the confusion and dizziness subsided.

I'm 38 and have listened to all sorts of music and sounds and NEVER has this sort of thing happened to me. Is this cause for concern?
