Cervical pillows

Hi

I am having problems at night, keep waking up with pain in neck, shoulders and arms. I now have to sleep on my back as sleeping on either side is to painful. Can anyone advise on best type of pillow to use.

Thanks Tony

    Hello Tony,

I have similar problems, waking up with neck pains etc.

I have tried all sorts of pillows, none any good till I found a water pillow which woks well for me. You literally fill it with water.

u will find it on google.

    Try it, it might help.

    With sympathy,

    Hi Tony,

I've found that ocassionally sleeping on a sofa, with pillow support, can sometimes shift the aches around and make things more bearable. Might or might not work for you as well.

    Hi Tony

I use a memory foam pillow I bought from Dunelm Mill £19.99. I have found that it helps quite a bit, but still wake up and need to change position.

    Hi

Thank you for replies, will try differant pillows and see how i get on. Gerry i often try the sofa method, but as we only have 2 seater sofas i find it doe's not work very well. I used to be able to sleep on a cloths line but life has a habit of changeing.
