Cervical spinal stenosis and spondylosis

Hi,

Have been posting on this subject for some years now. However a few months ago I began cutting back on my various pain meds. I was so tired of being wooly headed all the time. I have cut back on my gabapentin, for my pins and needles and tremours in upper limbs. Cut back on baclafan for leg tremours. The thing is so far no reactions, all is fine. No terrible pain, no pins and needles and no leg tremours???

My spinal cord is still impinged at levels c4,5,6,7. So whats going on???

Mike.

I've recently been diagnosed with Cervical Spondylosis too. An X-ray showed this condition up. I never realised how painful arthritis could be. I was prescribed 600 mg of Ibuprofen to help with pain and inflammation. However, it's the daily headaches that I'm experiencing that is really getting me down. I'm no longer taking the Ibuprofen but now coping with one Salpadeine and one Paracetamol. I've started getting Osteopathy, but not sure it's working and wondering if Physiotherapy would be more beneficial. My Occipital bones are very tender and so is my head when I touch it.

I'd really appreciate a reply from people that are also suffering headaches with this condition.

    Thanks

    Anne
