Cervical trapped nerve in neck

hello ive been having numbness pain tingling in my left arm for months also blurred vision and headaches, went to dr and was sent to a and e as it could be a stroke im 72 so they had to check nothing was wrong and i have now had an mri scan to see if its a trapped nerve , the reason im asking is no one seems to mention in the forum blurred vision and headache as a symptom so its making me feel anxious, i would be grateful for any feedback thx
