It too early to tell I think. Normally it 6 months + and there are a host of other symptoms that go along with CFS/ME.

I would do some research. There is criteria for a diagnosis and you would need to match up some of your symptoms with the criteria. Fatigue is just one of many. Check out the ME Association.

    Hi there,

as Bob says, you need to have had symptoms for 6 Months plus with normal blood results and there's usually, but not always easy to identify, a trigger. Virus, trauma, etc, something that challenges the system.

Vitamin D deficiency can give similar symptoms and doctors don't always test for this so, see if your doctor has.

    hi,

i was very sick just like you described for months last year. november - january bedbound then january - april housebound with a few better days here and there that allowed me to get out the house. i was so weak and sick felt like i was dying couldnt even text my mom "i am in the ER".

blood tests were perfect, and i had so so so so many done for EVERYTHING. saw private doctors. then it slowly started to lift. my body slowly very very slowly got better.. yours will too. your body might be recovering from a virus or something else.. try to relax and read positive stories like this because many people actually have post viral fatigue sometimes also called chronic fatigue and they do recover. it can take a long time but its not premanent. i tried a naturopath and accupuncture, maybe it helped me or maybe it was just time and taking things easy.
