Anyone get is at all.. for months now I've been getting weaker in my back... I can tense my muscles and crack my back, even breathing in can make it crack... I tend to get lose muscle days / weeks, then for some reason it will go away a bit.. but then its back, cracking away like made... and so tired ...
anyone else have this ??
