CFS and constant viral infections

Hi

I was diagnosed with CFS 5 years ago and am able to manage my condition fairly well. It flares up from time to time but doesn't have a massive impact on my day to day life as I'm still mostly able to function. Recently I've suffered from frequent viral infections and wondered if anyone else has experienced the same. I feel like I constantly pick up any bugs going around and every month I'm ill.

Has anyone had any experience of this also? I don't think covid and wearing masks has helped as I work with children so now constantly exposed to germs.

    Hi. This sounds very familiar to me. I've had cfs for a very long time and have always been susceptible to all the bugs going round. I find contact with children almost automatically results in a cold or similar. I can no longer work because of cfs but when I was working, it was just incessant.

    Sorry I haven't anything more comforting to say. I hope you have a better run of health soon.
