Had this for 2 weeks

just wandering is a stye or a chalazion

bacterial Infection? type of cyst?

or something more serious image

I am 38 male caucasian

    Looks like an infected chalazion. You need some antibiotic drops and /or oral antibiotics. Keep your fingers away from it.
