Chances of pregnancy before and during ovulation while taking contraceptive pill

Hello. my period was on april 6th. my current period came may 4th. It stopped around roughly the 7th or 8th of may. i had sex with my bf on the 13th. unfortunetly the condom ripped and he swears he didnt cum inside but two be safe. roughly 30min after the sex he gave me a plan b contraceptive pill. I cant calculate my own ovulation period can someone please help me and tell me my chances I am super worried
