Change in bowel habits after being diagnosed with antral gastritis

I am 27yrs old and I have been diagnosed with antral gastritis taking medicine since last months I am feeling better then before but I do feel dizzy sometimes due to work stress but my bowel habits have changed .,., my bowels don't get empty though I go everyday and its the size of my finger .,., is it due to antral gastritis or something else please help,, and also I don't have pain anywhere

    Bowel habit change is associated with IBS.  However, you would be experiencing shifting abdominal pain with it.  I would go back to your doctor.

      But I don't have abdominal pain either what do you think it can be .,.,

      If you have changed your diet because of your gastritis. this can cause bowel habit change.

    Any blood coming out? How many days?

      No blood in stool , it appears normal in colour but its the size of my finger ,., 2weeks ago i had my endoscopy reports said that I have antral gastritis, , is it because of that? Or is it because of change in diet? Or can it be of more serious concern it has been 3 months now
