Change of seasons

Ive gone most of the summer with little to no issues but as soon as it began to get cold i had a brief dizzy spell while in shower could have been looking up?  Now last few days on and off dizzy and a drop attack out of nowhere.  Head is conjested so i definitely can see a link between sinus and dizziness.... Anyone else have any thoughts.

Yes I’ve had 3 daytime wobbles this week which is unusual. Betahistine normally controls it. Very unsettling as I wonder what’s next. Drop attacks occur in the later stage and I’m only one year in. I hadn’t actually thought it might be the weather.

    Hi Bluesmann,

My most recent attack came after an overnight decrease in temperature of 10 degrees.  I was also thinking it probably had something to do with barometric pressure.

If I remember correctly, there was a UK study began last year that was looking for correlation between changes in barometric pressure and frequency of MD attacks.

    Hope you feel better soon!

I journal everything and was really going along nicely until it got cold out...All summer I've been great!  low salt, exercise lots of water however I have cut back on the water and started "juicing" once per day fruits veggies in blender.....I did read where in Japan 64 oz.of water a day is one of the treatments...I weill up my water intake.....have only had 2 drops in 4 years.  Good luck all thanks for all the input and look forward to anything else....I also am on smallsmall dose ofbetahistine 8mg 2x per day.

Have you seen a chiropractor or similar? Could be neck issues if it happens when you look up. Worked for me.

I also would like to know what type of treatment you received.  Some of my attacks start when I look up or down. Did they X-ray your neck and find something.
