Change of symptoms since injection

hi everyone

i had steroid injection in december last year and i think its going really well unless i'm going through a good spell and just coincidence, ive not had any drop attacks since and general dizziness has improve aswell still get blocked ear every two to three weeks but can live with that, the difference is now is that if i make sudden movements with my head everything goes wobbly even walking down steps at pace sets it off and will lose balance, if i shake my head up and down rapidly everything in front of me moves about, does this affect anyone else in this way, due to see consultant in couple of weeks but would like to get some feedback from anyone who can relate to this

    I pray that works. They didn't for me and I went into full scale drop attacks sometimes 7 times a day. Finally had to section the balance nerve in my right ear. That took care of the drop attacks but I still have severe Tinnitus that's controlled by Hydrocodone and diazepam
