I have been taking Duloxetine for about 2 1/2 years now and wouldn't be without it. I can't recall the name of the painkiller that I changed from but it wasn't the same as yours. You need to be speaking to your Gp about how you transition from one drug to another. They should have given you instructions as to how to change the dosage.

Hi iv had both of those drugs but didn't transition straight from mirtraz to duloxetine but I don't think it's a good plan I think you would need to significantly reduce the mirtraz before intoducing duloxetine I'm sure there is a serotonin problem taking both at the same time , maybe look up the contra indications, I would def not do it without gp advice .duloxetine is a much better med well for me anyway I hope it is for you too and you get some relief x
