Hi All,

wow it has been such a long time since i last commented here, i hope you are all

doing well. so here is a quick bio on my journey

i have been taking setraline fir a good 17 Months now and honestly for the 12 months prior to the last 3 months i have been wonderfully well.. The best i think i gave been fir a long time, hwoever they ran out of the generic brand i use due to covid so i was left to try an alternative. which i was hestant about but pharmacisits assured me it was the same. hmm not the same - did absolutley nothing exept make me wake up throughout the night so i decoded to hunt down a pharmacy who did stick the brand if sertaline i was using over an hour away and started back on it. so has been ok a few days here and there of anxiety, However i still am not quite back ti where i was before. I think this is my week 9

since is tarted again and i have had horrible anxiety and nit really sleeping well the last 2 days.. i wanted to ask if anybody else has had this..? If so what did you do.. I am on 100mg and am wondering if its just taking longer to work again as it feels like its not.. Do i need to up the dose..? Has this happended to anybody else.. ?

any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

    hi Sam

You need to give it 6 weeks to kick in. I have just increased from 100 to 150mg daily in the last 2 weeks. i know from previous increases that it takes time. i have noticed some differences in different brands of Setraline around side effects. Especially the coated tablets.

i hope this helps and things get better for you...
