Changed to cerelle feel awful!

So I went to get more of my pill last month (I was on cerezette) whilst there the nurse asked if I minded changing to cerelle as it was the same thing but cheaper. I said that was fine!
I started my (cerelle) pill Monday... and the last two days I've felt terrible, I'm getting stomach cramps, nausea, I have no appetite. I had none of this with cerezette!!!! Has anyone else had this pill? Experienced any of these side effects?

Hi I can only tell you my experience of cerelle, I started using in October 2015. For me personally it was useless, I never tried a mini pill before and just asked for one as I had read that it was very safe for my health being an elderly 45 +. And also of course a very successful contraceptive. Both were true, but for me the side effects were constant bleeding, more frequent and more prolonged periods which were more than an inconvenience. Last count was a period lasting 28 days and still going.my personality also changed and I had constant stress and felt out of control. I am sure it was the hormones causing all this. Sick of the bleeding I went to my gp who told me to stop taking it and prescribed norethisterone which worked in about 2 days. To keep this as short as possible I would advise don't suffer any more go to your gp and ask about alternative s . If you can take oestrogen ask for the combo pill instead . If not I would try the progesterone only implant as the dose is different and lower and released slower. So less side effects it can also be taken out any time if not suiting you. I know gp s also greatly recommend the mirena coil which is a good contraceptive and is supposed to help ladies alot with period probs and pain as it is again low dose and lasts 5 years if it suits you. It will be my next choice if the implant doesn't work out for me. Again this can be removed any time if you have problems. I hope this helps, we are all different but hopefully there should be something out there that suits us. Good luck .

I had the coil taken out as it fell forward and was causing terrible pain, I then went onto the jab which I gained 5st in one year and now this pill I suffer hypertension (high blood pressure) so I'm limited to what I can have! I asked for a historectomy as I have PSOC but they refused that too! catch 22!
