Changed washing powder

I've recently changed washing powder and am now very itchy down below. It doesn't seem to be a yeast infection as no discharge. I'm very dry and the itchiness is keeping me awake all night.

Does anyone know a quick cure for the itching or do I just need to ride this out and keep using my old washing powder.

Previously for thrush I use natural bio yoghurt to balance the bacteria but that isn't working as this is more of a reaction.
