Changing in Finger nails

Hi ladies,
My finger nails have changes and they do not look good at all.
Any one faces the same problems?

Yes mines are brittle and cracks in the middle of the nails. Collagen has really helped bought it from Beauty Pie

Mine become out of shape. dented in the middle.

Lower estrogen can affect the nails causing them to become dry and brittle and break easily. However, other things can cause problems with our nails too such as lacking in vitamin and minerals.
Temjin68 Spooning of the nails can be caused by iron deficiency so maybe worth getting that checked. It isn't wise to supplement iron without testing first as too much can be bad for us as well. Take care ladies.
