Check your Vitamin D3 Levels

******Get Checked for Vitamin D3 Levels, my globus/Chocking Sensation has gone away almost 90% after starting 5 days ago on 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 pills, (1) a day, don’t ask me how 😂, because Am not a Doctor, but after lots of Research on the Net, I’ve narrowed it down to this, just give it a shot, This is my story in the last 9 Months:

****To many Visits to my Primary Care Doctor, followed by many visits to Urgent Care and the Emergency Departments, followed by way more visits to the specialists, Gastro/Cardio/Head & Neck/Immunologist/Oncology/Speech Specialist****Also lots of Blood Work, but not just any blood work, ask for the following, D3, B Thiamine, Magnesium, Glutamine.  It seems to me that it’s not in the best interest of our Major Health Care Providers to Cure our Ailments, They would rather keep them under Control.

    What was your level before you started taking D3. I had mine checked and mine was 39 . After taking d3 for a month it has now gone up to 90 .. according to UK levels this is still low need it to be about 110 -120 .
