Cherry Hemangiomas?

Hello,

I was recently diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis in July. My spleen and liver were both enlarged as a result. I believe things have gone back to normal, but one thing I have noticed is I have had an increase in red dots on my chest, abdomen, arms, and upper legs. I have had a few before and I know they are common in everyone as they age, but this seems like a quick increase.

Does anyone here with liver problems have these on them?
