chest ache and leg ache

Strange chest and leg ache, dizziness and sometimes nausea, random calf swelling. At one point it resembled unstable angina because it was really bad and random but now it only come on from when i catch a cold, drinking alcohol or exercise(cardio only) I have had this since November and haven't been a 100% since . I was diagnosed with pericarditis last year after returning from a medical trial and was inpatient for 3 days, i also had a 1cm artificial blood clot on my left leg in June last year. I have had a 24 hour Ecg ,xray ,ctscan , echo cardiogram on chest only and yet nothing has been picked up, i have asked for a stress test but my gp refuse to refer me and private hospitals make excuses to not see me even though i am willing to pay for it myself.
