CHEST/BACK PRESSURE/SHORTNESS OF BREATH/SUFFOCATION FEELING

Any advice besides anxiety or costochondritis? Started on July 13 and has taken over my life. My Primary doctor has referred me to the Neurologist, Gastroenterologist and I’m following up with an electrophysiologist on my own and pulmonologist. I’m scared that I  waited this long to meet with a specialist because I wasted my time in more than 25 ER visits. All ER tests are normal. I am not able to eat or swallow because I feel like there is no airway open and suffocation. The chest pressure I feel is like an elephant sitting on me. The tightness I feel is like I’m being squeezed. The pressure starts from the upper abdominal part below my diaphragm and to my collar bone. I get really dizzy all day with this. I almost feel like I’m drowning. My neck and upper back are stiff and both arms are weak and heavy.

I also feel like I’m suffocating from my throat and have trouble swallowing.

I feel the exact same since I had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago. 3 er visits and they said everything is normal. I'm looking for answers as well.
