Chest/breast discomfort

This is my 6th week on 10mg citalopram - since starting ive not really had palpatations/flutters but yesterday the flutters started and this morning ive woken up and my left side at the top of my breast feels like ive pulled a muscle or something...i cant really explain its like if i lift my left arm up or touch the top of my breast its quite sore. Is this normal? Is it a side effect? Im worrying so much! Its like 1 step forward 10 steps back at the moment. x

    Does it hurt all the time or just when you move it? If its just when you move its more than likely to be a pulled muscle x
