CHEST CT - FATTY LIVER

Last week I had complete chest CT scan . Reports came as Negative impression on Chest . Fatty Liver .

Is this something to worry about ? I didnt drink alcohol since last 1.5 years . BMI is 27 which is slightly high ( considering my height 6 feet , weight 195 pounds )

Can someone please help if this can we reversible . My doctor didnt call me yet even after 7 days

    My ALT = 48

    AST = 41

    BUN = 5

    TP = 8.3
