Chest discomfort and shortness of breath

I was diagnoised with a hiatal hernia and gerd and also gastritis a year ago. Ive been having chest pain , more like gas pains in the chest that moves around but mainly on the right side above breast and center. I get this shortness of breath and when i breath i feel like i cant get enough of air to come up. The chest feel is so uncomfortable like something sitting in my chest...the most i feel it is when i get up in the morning. But i do notice if i burp it feel better. Anyone have experienced this?

    Are you taking anything medication for it sounds like ingestion to me chronic
