Chest discomfort mainly after I eat.

I've noticed that I mainly feel chest discomfort (such as pressure and tightness on chest) after I eat and I had my panic attacks after eating. Is this normal with anxiety? or is there a possibility that it can be something else. I had an EKG and it came out fine.

Yes! I have noticed that, but it's when I eat a big meal snacks don't seem to bother me

Yeah snacks don't bother me. Its more when I eat an actual meal. Do you know if this is because of anxiety?

Anxiety, GERD, and hiatal hernia all go hand and hand for many people.  I recently started the Paleo Diet and find things are much better.  This means no junk food, sweet stuff, bread, pasta.  Basically just natural meat, fruits and veggies, nothing processed.  If a caveman did not eat or drink it then it is off the menu.  Some people start with a keto diet but that is way too strict for me.  I find when I cheat food stays in my stomach longer and my chest gets tight.

oh so eating (diet) and anxiety can be correlated with each other. I shall try to eat healthier to see some change. Thanks for the input!
