I have had the same thing for over a yesr now. I had to have a stress test to find out my heart is fine. Still have pain above my left breast. That breast and nipple hurt all the time. I'm so glad I am actually not going crazy. It's good to read that someone else is going through this also. Sorry for your discomfort. I DO feel your pain

    Hi Misty,

I get that too. It started about a year ago with some pressure like feeling. Had stress test, EKGs, echocardiogram, blood work and all was normal. A few months ago I started getting the pressure more frequently. Its not a pain, just a pressure on the center of my chest. It doesn't get worse with exercise and I don't have any nausea, sweating or weakness with it. It will last for hours at a time and I'll have it for a few days and then it goes away for a week or two then comes back. That's why I think it's hormonal. I saw my cardiologist a few weeks ago, just to be on the safe side and tomorrow am having a CT angiogram of coronary arteries, just to be sure. Wish me luck!

I found an article regarding cardiac syndrome X it's an interesting article very interesting regarding the symptoms we have. I found my acid reflux is even worse then it use to be

That's interesting, I'll have to check it out.  My acid reflux has been acting up more lately too.  I'm pretty confident that this is all hormone and reflux related...will know tomorrow after my test!

Have been up with terrible pain in my upper gastric area my fault had a great weekend with friends and family ate too much spicy foods and wine now I'm paying the price. Feel so panic over this when it happens. Sometimes I have the discomfort even if I don't eat. I just don't get it this random pain that comes and goes
