Chest feels weird

My heart anxiety is still as poignant as ever but it's so strange. I wouldn't say I'm in pain anymore. It's almost like I'm so fixated on my chest I'm making it feel weird. Like there is no pain but when I'm laying down I don't want to lay on left side in fear of agrevating it. Almost like it's beating the wrong way. I don't even know I just know it's a strange sensation and I want it to end. When I leave my house I get sharp localised pains in my chest and also my chest itches very badly. As I've written this I've just had a whopping pain go through my left arm and chest. Maybe it's so tensed up and that's why it feels weird. Almost tender like

That's weird you described my symptom. I get this too I thought it was a allergy or something. I had it at night couldn't stop coughing the itching was there. I don't know what it is. It may be our Anxiety. Although when I get it I don't feel anxious. The chest itching drives me cra*y. Hope someone says what it is. Good Luck💖

did your doctor ever run any tests on your heart? If so and they came back OK, then all of your symptoms are most likely anxiety related. Yes you can make your heart feel weird just by thinking about it. Your  Brain will do what you tell it to. So if you're worried about your heart  and thinking about something might be wrong your brain will respond and you will get symptoms. Even when nothing is wrong at all!

if you have not had any test done, speak with your doctor about that. But if you have then yes you are fixating too much of that.

are you normally keeping busy during the day? I found that staying busy and social keeps my mind off of other things.

listen to a meditation on YouTube called detachment from overthinking. I think it could help you.

I've had so many ecg's, bloods, 2 echocardiogram, stress test and a holter. But it just don't feel right I don't know how to explain it. Like it just feels like it's doing something wrong. When I'm trying to go to sleep I just feel so much stuff happening in my body. It just scares me. 25 and this is taking over my life x

Les, you need to take charge of your anxiety.

There is nothing wrong with your heart, so sleep on your left side if you want. The musculature around the chest cavity and your ribs will stop anything bad happening!!!

You sound like you're obsessing about something which is not happening. So now you need to focus on beating that anxieety, for anxiety is what IS happening, and it's causing all these sensations.

At age 25 some therapy should help you to get on with your life and hopefully teach you how to deal with your anxiety. Going back and forth to the ER isn't going to solve this.
