Hi i just want to ask if someone experiencing like chest heaviness without pain and it is like you are full and your food is upto your throat. Heavy breathing and as i said, no pain and it puts pressure in my ears. And dizziness with almost dark vision sometimes. What it could be? Any one?

I have some of those symptoms, I have the chest heaviness, but with pain, I get the food at the throat feeling, also pain in my oesophagus, sometimes when I eat, it feels like someone is stabbing me through the chest with a knife. I do feel the heavy breathing at times. I don’t get the pressure in my ears, but I get tightness in my throat and headaches.
